Eli Lilly & Co.'s diabetes drug Mounjaro won US approval to reduce the risk of serious cardiovascular problems, expanding its use beyond blood sugar control, according to Bloomberg.
The approval strengthens Mounjaro's position in the increasingly competitive GLP-1 drug market.
