SIV Technology (01202) said it received no bids by the expiry of the extended public listing period, so the proposed sale of all equity interests in its subsidiary Poteen New Materials has lapsed and been terminated, according to ETNet.

The company said the lapse is not expected to have any material adverse impact on the group's financial position or business operations.
