Machi lost $16M on $FRIEND… then offered $1M for Friend.tech. Things got weird fast.
After reportedly losing more than $16M trading FRIEND, Machi came back with a completely different move — offering $1M to acquire Friend.tech.
The market reacted hard. #Friend surged nearly 30x. And then there’s this wallet… After sitting inactive for around 6 months, wallet 0x2078 suddenly woke up and spent just 1.88 ETH (~$4.7K) to buy 2M FRIEND.
Once the price exploded, the wallet sold the whole bag for 20.25 ETH (~$50.8K). That works out to a profit of roughly 18.37 ETH, or $46K --- nearly a 10x return.
Was it just ridiculously good timing… or did someone know something before the rest of the market caught on?
