🇰🇷 SOUTH KOREA ENDS NINE-YEAR CORPORATE CRYPTO BAN, EYES 2026 INSTITUTIONAL RETURN.

South Korea has officially finalized rules to lift its nine-year ban on corporate crypto investing, a major shift led by the Financial Services Commission.

Around 3,500 entities ; including public companies and professional investment firms ; will now be allowed to gain crypto exposure.

The move is a key part of the country’s 2026 Economic Growth Strategy, designed to stem capital outflows that hit an estimated $110B in 2025. South Korea wants institutional capital back home, and crypto is central to that push.

International gates are opening to crypto. Dips are temporary. Adoption keeps accelerating.
