It'll be obvious in hindsight...

Historically, whenever two consecutive monthly candles closed green after sweeping the previous capitulation wick, the bottom was in and the bull run was beginning.

That doesn't mean a pullback can't happen, but the bear market is over and it's no longer time for shorts.
