The 70% on a $DUSK block is only the base cut for whoever produced it. Threads I keep seeing treat that number like the whole producer share and then stop. The block-reward page from @Dusk puts a second number next to that seventy. The producer can pick up as much as another 10% depending on how many attestation credits actually make it into the certificate. That 10% is a cap. Credits that never make the certificate do not count. I have not seen a public series of those certificates, so I cannot tell you how often the extra fills. The extra pays for gathering other people's attestations into the proof. Miss them and the producer stays on the base seventy. Catch them and the producer share moves with that field.
