@Dusk ’s privacy model raises an important regulatory question as the EU’s AML framework evolves.

The key issue may not simply be whether a network is “compliant,” but whether its default design is considered enhanced anonymity. Dusk has built features such as viewing keys, Moonlight accounts and KYC-based verification that aim to make privacy compatible with regulated markets.

At the same time, default transaction privacy means regulators and exchanges may still scrutinize how DUSK fits within the new rules.#dusk

So I wouldn’t judge DUSK by its number of exchange listings alone. The more important signals are liquidity depth, exchange risk classifications, and how major platforms interpret the upcoming AML requirements.

Privacy is becoming a regulatory balancing act, and Dusk will be an interesting project to watch.
