Arbitrum (ARB) remains one of the most important Layer-2 ecosystems built around Ethereum. As of August 25, 2026, ARB is trading near $0.097, after gaining roughly 17% over the past 30 days.

Despite ARB trading far below its previous highs, development of the Arbitrum ecosystem continues. One major catalyst is the introduction of ZK settlement. Arbitrum says zero-knowledge proving could eventually reduce settlement times from the traditional seven-day challenge period to just hours, potentially improving capital efficiency across the ecosystem.

Another important development is the ArbOS Elara upgrade, which introduces features such as protocol-level compliance filtering for dedicated chains, customizable priority fees and improvements to Arbitrum One’s fee system.

ARB Price Prediction for the End of 2026

🟢 Bullish Scenario: $0.25–$0.40

If Bitcoin and Ethereum remain strong, capital returns to the Layer-2 sector and Arbitrum continues expanding its ecosystem, ARB could potentially recover toward $0.25–$0.40.

🟡 Base Scenario: $0.14–$0.22

A more realistic scenario would be a gradual recovery. If ARB manages to hold above the $0.09–$0.10 region and market sentiment improves, a move toward $0.14–$0.22 by the end of 2026 looks achievable.

🔴 Bearish Scenario: $0.05–$0.075

If the broader crypto market weakens or investors continue to favor competing Layer-2 networks, ARB could return toward its previous lows.

My ARB Outlook

My main target range for ARB by the end of 2026 is $0.16–$0.22.

The $0.10 level is especially important. A sustained breakout above it could strengthen bullish momentum, while a future move above $0.20–$0.25 would represent a much more significant change in ARB's long-term structure.

Arbitrum remains one of Ethereum’s major scaling ecosystems, and upcoming technology such as ZK settlement could make ARBUSDT an interesting token to watch during the rest of 2026.
