I have been looking at Dusk again and the latest focus on SME financing is interesting because it is less about putting a token on an asset and more about fixing the messy process around it.
Dusk’s recent update explains how tokenization can connect issuance, investor checks, ownership records, transfers, dividends and settlement around one digital workflow. That matters for smaller companies because private market financing still involves a lot of separate parties and manual work.
The NPEX connection also stands out. Dusk is working with the Dutch SME exchange on infrastructure for regulated issuance, trading and settlement. NPEX already operates in the SME market, so this is not just another crypto project talking about RWAs. There is an actual market structure behind the work.
Dusk is also building Dusk Trade around tokenized financial assets, with investor onboarding, controlled transfers and settlement as part of the workflow. Not sure how quickly this develops, but the direction feels clear. Something is building maybe, quietly. @Dusk
