Strategy, founded by Michael Saylor, has created a new reserve called “USD Cash” on its balance sheet, in addition to its existing cash reserves. The company said the $1.59 billion reserve may be used for Bitcoin purchases, dividend payments, debt repayments, and share buybacks.
