Here is the question I have been trying to reach for months:
Was my case ever reviewed by someone with genuine discretionary authority as an exceptional goodwill case?
Because these are two completely different questions.
Question 1:
Is Binance responsible for my trading losses?
Perhaps the answer is no.
I understand that.
Question 2:
Even if Binance is not responsible, is there anything within the company's discretion that can be done for a long-term customer?
That is different.
And that is what I wanted to know.
Maybe the answer is still no.
I can accept a no.
But I wanted to know that the right person had the opportunity to say no.
Someone who could actually consider the complete picture.
My history.
My losses.
My fees.
My years.
My circumstances.
And then make a decision.
That is the door I have been trying to reach.
