Alibaba just raised a massive $10.2B in a Hong Kong share sale, all of it going straight into AI (chips, infra, models). Deal was heavily oversubscribed, but the stock still dropped ~8-10% on dilution fears. Biggest HK primary follow-on ever. They’re all-in on the AI race.
