Grayscale has filed its fifth amendment with the SEC for its proposed Zcash ETF.
The filing would rename the existing trust The Zcash ETF and sets a proposed annual sponsor fee of 2.5%. The planned listing is on NYSE Arca under ZCH.
If approved, it would give investors another route to gain spot exposure to $ZEC through traditional market infrastructure.
The filing is progress — but it is not the same as SEC approval.
