Term Labs suffered a governance attack that caused losses of about $8.5 million, according to CertiK monitoring. According to Foresight News, 2,843 ETH and about 1.6 million DAI are currently held in an address beginning with 0xD5183.

Term Labs said its vault was affected by a governance vulnerability and that it will release more details after further investigation.
