#dusk $DUSK @Dusk For eight years, Dusk has stayed focused on building infrastructure for regulated onchain finance through multiple market cycles.

With most of the core stack now in place, the next objective is to bring more assets, users, applications, TVL and product revenue to Dusk.

The next phase combines Dusk-operated products with an open ecosystem where independent developers can build DeFi and financial applications. One route is an ECSP operating model that will connect Dusk’s infrastructure with businesses, investors and new financial assets.

Crowdfunding Platforms Facilitated Nearly $70 Billion in 2025

An ECSP, or European Crowdfunding Service Provider, is authorized to connect businesses raising capital with investors through an online platform. Eligible offerings include loans and transferable securities such as shares and bonds.

Statista estimates that crowdfunding platforms facilitated nearly $70 billion worldwide in 2025, showing the scale of demand for alternatives to bank financing.

Europe is home to about 34 million SMEs. In Q2 2026, a high percentage of small and medium-sized businesses reported bank-loan rates rising, a margin of 43 percentage points, making alternative ways to raise capital increasingly relevant.

Dusk is applying for an ECSP licence to connect European businesses and investors, distribute eligible offerings and bring the resulting assets into the wider Dusk ecosystem.

The ECSP route would create three outcomes:

another route to capital for businesses;

access to regulated financial offerings for investors;

new assets, users, activity and product revenue for Dusk.
