At first i thought Dusk’s privacy approach was mainly about hiding transactions, but the more i looked at Kadcast and how it moves messages through selected peers instead of flooding every connection, the more i realized the network layer itself can matter for privacy. Kadcast uses Kademlia based routing and multicast trees, basically letting messages travel through structured paths with fewer redundant transmissions, while also making the original source harder to trace. i actually like this because privacy here isn’t just a feature added on top, it is connected to how information moves across the network. That feels important if Dusk wants privacy-preserving finance to work in real regulated markets where performance and accountability both matter. Would a network designed this way make on chain financial activity feel more practical without giving up privacy?
