Yesterday I almost took a small HYPE position, then backed off. Honestly, I wasn't sure whether the Trump angle was actually meaningful or just noise.

What caught my attention was CZ’s response: crypto rules shouldn’t be written for one company — if something works for one, it should work for the wider industry.

That matters for Hyperliquid because the real question isn't just whether HYPE gets a U.S. path. It’s whether a compliant route for Hyperliquid creates a framework other perp DEXs can eventually use too.

I’m watching HYPE differently because of that. The interesting part isn't another short-term price move; it’s the possibility that regulatory clarity changes where traders can legally access on-chain perpetuals.

I didn’t enter, so there’s no fake “I caught the bottom” story here. 😅

For now, I’d rather watch how the U.S. situation develops before chasing HYPE after the headline.
