The more I dig into Dusk’s Dutch BV share case, the less I see RWAs as “put it on-chain and you’re done.”
A token can show ownership, but the legal system still decides what that ownership means.
That’s what makes Dusk interesting to me.
Maybe the real breakthrough isn’t the token itself. It’s making the messy connection between blockchain, legal ownership, compliance, transfers and corporate actions easier to manage.
RWAs may never replace the legal layer.
Maybe they don’t need to.
Maybe the real value is simply making that relationship harder to break.
