Pudgy Penguins is doing serious retail — plush toys in Walmart and Target, actual shelf space, real consumer traction. But here's the disconnect: $PENGU is a separate token with a disclaimer slapped on it. The brand can print revenue, scale distribution, and build a real business... and none of that necessarily flows back to token holders.

$PI has the same structural question hanging over it. Strong brand momentum and consumer reach don't automatically translate into token value accrual. The gap between real-world business performance and on-chain economics is where most holders get burned.

If the token isn't legally or mechanically tied to the business economics, you're betting on narrative and vibes, not fundamentals. That's fine if you know what you're playing, but it's not an equity substitute.
