so i almost got rugged last month and binance square literally saved my ass
there was this new memecoin trending everywhere — twitter, telegram, even my cousin was texting me about it. i was SO close to throwing 500 at it. had my finger on the buy button and everything. then i open binance square cuz im bored waiting for the bus, and this girl from indonesia posted a thread breaking down the tokenomics. red flags everywhere. unlocked supply, anonymous devs, liquidity pulled twice before. she wasn't even being dramatic just... calmly explaining why its probably a trap.
i was gonna ignore her cuz fomo was eating my brain. but something made me pause. i checked etherscan myself and yeah... she was right. dev wallet was moving funds around like a puppet show.
two days later? coin dumped 90%. everyone on twitter crying. i sat there with my 500 still in my pocket feeling like i just dodged a bullet.
