Dusk Connect: Fixing the Wallet Layer

Developers can build contracts with Dusk tools, connect applications through Dusk Connect, and give users a dedicated wallet experience.

That creates a much cleaner path from building a:

dApp → connecting a wallet → approving an action → completing a transaction.
