Yesterday’s Rally Was Strong — But It Remains a Short-Term Move for Now
I have been reviewing the recent price action and the wider market context.
Yesterday’s sharp rise across BTC and many alternative coins was impressive. Gains of more than 10% in a single day do not happen often. However, it is important to keep perspective.
We have seen similar strong pumps before. Some of those moves later proved to be the start of a bigger change in direction. Others were simply temporary and the market later fell back, with the longer downtrend continuing.
At this stage, it is still too early to know which type of move this will turn out to be. More time and more data will be needed before any clear conclusion can be drawn.
For that reason, I am staying with the same approach I have been using: steady purchases of Bitcoin through regular DCA, without changing the plan based on one strong day.
A solid short-term rebound, but the bigger picture is still developing.
Are you treating yesterday’s BTC and ALT move as a possible turning point, or are you also waiting for more confirmation before making any changes?
