$INJ has officially become a registered transfer agent with the SEC. Why this is important for Injective specifically, and why I've been waiting. Previously, blockchains could technically issue tokens representing stocks, bonds, pre-IPO shares, or trade receivables. But without a regulated ownership layer, such assets remained in a gray area for institutions: there was no full legal ownership under US rules. Now, Injective has become the first Layer-1 blockchain with both the technological infrastructure and official SEC transfer agent status. This closes one of the main gaps for true institutional tokenization: funds, public shares, private shares, trade finance, etc., can operate under regulated conditions. This is a significant step toward tokenized assets becoming a fully-fledged part of the US capital market, not just a "crypto experiment." I've been following this story since the application was submitted in July 2026 and am very pleased that the registration has finally taken effect. This is a huge positive sign for the entire RWA movement. #Altcoin Season#
