Lately I’ve been looking more closely at what @TermMax is building, and what interests me most is the focus on making DeFi markets more structured.
Fixed-term and fixed-rate lending can give users a different way to think about capital, especially when you want to plan around a specific time horizon instead of constantly reacting to changing rates.
I also like that the conversation goes beyond yield. Liquidity, maturity, collateral, risk and market conditions all matter when real capital is involved. That’s the part of DeFi that deserves more attention.
