Bro I've been reading about TermMax for the past hour and my brain is fried.so it's basically fixed-rate lending mixed with options trading? Like why hasn't anyone done this properly before honestly. Every other DeFi protocol gives you these wild variable rates that change every five minutes and you never know what you're actually earning or paying.

The fixed rate thing sounds clean in theory. You know exactly what you're getting into. But then I'm thinking.who's taking the other side of that trade? Because fixed rates don't just magically exist. Someone has to eat the variable risk. And in crypto that someone is usually the user who doesn't read the docs.

The options part is where it gets spicy though. Like you can actually trade options directly through the protocol instead of going to a separate DEX. Convenience is real.

But here's my problem with all these innovative protocols. they launch with crazy TVL numbers from seed investors and then six months later it's crickets. Seen it happen way too many times. Not saying TermMax is that but. I've been burned before.

Might throw a small bag at it. Or might just keep watching from the sidelines. Sleep first decide tomorrow.
