Another thing I like about @TermMax is the simple idea behind fixed-rate borrowing . Once the rate is set, it stays fixed until maturity, Which makes the cost easier to understand and plan.
For me, that’s one of the useful parts of bringing fixed-rate markets to DeFi. Still exploring , but it is definitely getting more interesting .
