Are fixed-rate loans finally solving one of DeFi’s biggest problems?🤔

I’ve been looking into @TermMax lately, and this is the part that really caught my attention.

In most #defi lending platforms, rates can move pretty fast. What looks like a good opportunity today can look completely different tomorrow.

#TermMax takes a different approach by letting borrowers and lenders lock in a fixed rate for a fixed term.

That means borrowers know their cost upfront, while lenders get more predictable returns instead of constantly watching #APYs move around.

For me, this kind of predictable lending infrastructure is something #DEFİ has been missing.

If fixed-rate markets keep growing, I think @TermMax could become a pretty important part of the next phase of DeFi.
