I was checking TermMax again this morning.

The $TMX TGE is now set for August 25. What stands out more than the date itself is how far the protocol has already come. It is live across 10 EVM chains, has passed $90M in TVL, and continues to focus on fixed-rate borrowing and lending rather than variable-rate markets.

Most DeFi credit still leaves rates open-ended. TermMax locks the rate and the term at the start, so borrowers know their cost and lenders know their return in advance. That predictability remains the core of the design, even as the ecosystem has expanded.

I’m still following how the fixed-rate markets develop as the TGE approaches. Clear terms in on-chain lending continue to feel more practical than constantly adjusting to floating rates.

Are you more interested in the fixed-rate borrowing side or the overall multi-chain expansion right now?
