According to CNBC, Toll Brothers, Keysight Technologies, La-Z-Boy, Mercury Systems and Jack Henry & Associates moved in after-hours trading after reporting quarterly results and issuing guidance. Toll Brothers fell 0.3% after saying it expects fourth-quarter deliveries of 3,450 to 3,550, compared with the StreetAccount consensus estimate of 3,508, while third-quarter earnings came in at $2.97 per share on revenue of $2.65 billion, above LSEG estimates of $2.93 per share on revenue of $2.61 billion. Keysight Technologies rose 2% after posting third-quarter adjusted earnings of $3.07 per share and revenue of $1.85 billion, both above FactSet estimates. La-Z-Boy dropped 17% after reporting adjusted first-quarter earnings of 43 cents per share, down 9% from a year earlier, and adjusted operating income of $18.7 million, while saying current-quarter revenue would be $500 million to $520 million, below the FactSet consensus of $536.8 million. Mercury Systems slid more than 10% after saying fiscal 2027 revenue would approach about $1.1 billion, above the FactSet estimate of $1.05 billion, while fourth-quarter adjusted earnings of 37 cents missed the consensus by one cent. Jack Henry & Associates gained 3% after reporting fourth-quarter earnings of $1.57 per share on revenue of $644 million, topping FactSet estimates of $1.47 per share on revenue of $631.6 million.
