I’ve been seeing DUSK getting more interesting as I look deeper into what Dusk Network is actually building.
Dusk is a Layer-1 focused on financial applications, with privacy, confidential smart contracts, and fast settlement at the center of its design. Instead of treating privacy as just another feature, Dusk seems to be building the network around the needs of financial markets.
I’ve been seeing Phoenix stand out because it is designed to bring privacy to transactions and smart contracts, while Zedger adds a privacy-preserving framework for security tokens. That combination makes the project more interesting to me, especially when I think about how regulated assets could eventually move on-chain.
I’ve also been seeing a clear focus on solving a practical problem: financial institutions need blockchain infrastructure, but they cannot expose sensitive transaction data to everyone.
That is where Dusk could have a real use case.
Still, I’m not looking at the technology alone. I’m watching adoption, developer activity, liquidity, tokenized assets, and whether real financial applications actually use the network.
For me, DUSK has an interesting thesis because it connects blockchain, privacy, and traditional finance.
Now I’m watching to see if that technology turns into real economic activity and long-term demand for the network.
