Most privacy chains ask developers to relearn everything. Dusk didn’t.

DuskEVM is Dusk’s OP Stack-based execution layer deploy with Solidity, Hardhat, or Foundry, connect standard EVM wallets. No new language, no rewrite.

The testnet went live August 10, giving builders a real environment to deploy and test on Dusk using tools they already know.

Under the hood

DuskEVM settles to DuskDS (Dusk’s consensus + data availability layer), with a dedicated DuskVM coming for native privacy-first apps. One token, $DUSK , pays gas and secures all three layers.

For teams building compliant DeFi, RWAs, or tokenized markets, that’s a lower-friction path onto a privacy-preserving, audit-capable chain without starting over.
