Something clicked for me when I read about TermMax's "Roll to Morpho" flow.
Every fixed-rate market on TermMax has a maturity date, and that's usually where borrowers get stuck — either repay in full or scramble for fresh credit. TermMax is solving that exit problem by letting borrowers migrate their debt directly into Morpho's variable-rate markets before maturity hits, no forced liquidation, no panic.
What I find genuinely smart here is the two-way benefit. Lenders' idle capital (sitting in unfilled orders or waiting post-maturity) gets put to work through Morpho instead of just sitting there. And TermMax vaults that route into Morpho become a natural capital bridge between fixed and variable rate DeFi, something most lending protocols don't even attempt.
