#dusk $DUSK @Dusk

At first, I thought node recovery was basically just restarting a node and letting it sync again. But after looking deeper into how @Dusk_Foundation approaches recovery, the verified-state model started making more sense to me.

the idea is simple but important: instead of rebuilding everything from scratch, a node can restore a packaged and verified state, then continue from there.

I like this approach because recovery isn’t only about getting back online. It’s also about knowing that the state being restored is trustworthy and properly Verified.

As more dusk nodes come online, fast recovery could become increasingly important. The real question is whether this approach can maintain that speed without compromising verification or network Security.

Would you rather have a node rebuild everything from scratch or restore from a verified state?
