The harder problem is building financial workflows where sensitive information stays protected, while the right parties can still check what happened.

That’s where Hedger gets interesting to me. As Dusk’s privacy module for EVM, it combines homomorphic encryption with zero knowledge proofs to support confidential EVM workflows without making verification disappear.

The practical benefit could be lower exposure and less manual verification for regulated applications. But the trade-offs are real: cryptographic complexity, smart contract risk, operational overhead and the need for institutions to trust the system.

@Dusk_Foundation foundation isn’t solving every adoption problem by adding privacy. The improvement is more specific: making confidentiality part of an EVM workflow while keeping review possible.

That’s a useful direction for #dusk and Dusk to explore.
