I have been diging into @TermMax lately and toh be honest it's flying under the radar for a lot of people. The big news? They've got a Token generation Event locked in for August 25th.
and that's when the TMX token finally goes live. The numbers are pretty wild right now we're talking over $90M in TVL plus $22M active loans and more than 1.5 million wallets connected. Almost 90k people are using it every single day. The TermMax token launching on August 25th has a 1B max token supply giving users governanace rights, staking rewards, and trading fee discounts, which should support its long-term value.
What I saw is how they're expanding. TermMax is already running on ten different chains, including Ethereum, Arbitrum, and Base, but they just dropped on the Robinhood Chain too. That's a flex.
You can actually use tokenized stocks like SPY and NVDA as collateral to borrow stablecoins at a fixed rate. That's not something you see every day. Just a heads up though this feature is available in 120+ countries, but U.S. residents can't use it yet due to regulatory restrictions.
They're also cooking up a V2 upgrade with something called Atomic Orders. Basically, it fixes the issue where liquidity gets stuck in diffrent maturity pools. One pool could work across multiple markets instead, which is way more efficient.
TermMax already has this Alpha Market (curated by MEV Capital & Keyrock) for options trading, and the fees aren't crazy just a 7% premium charge plus a small interest cost per second.
The Atomic Orders feature should roll out shortly after the TGE. But as always, keep smart contract and de-pegging risks in mind and do your own research because leveraged plays don't always have capeped risk.
