I've started questioning another assumption that almost everyone in crypto seems comfortable with:
What if openness isn't the same thing as efficiency?
Public blockchains make information widely available, but financial markets don't become better simply because more people can see more data. In many cases, unnecessary exposure creates hesitation instead of confidence.
That's why DUSK keeps pulling me back.
The project isn't asking whether information should be hidden. It's asking which information actually needs to be public for regulated financial applications to function properly. That shift in perspective feels much more important than another debate about speed or scalability.
For me, the future of tokenized finance won't be decided by who reveals the most data. It'll be decided by who defines the right balance between confidentiality, accountability, and verifiable trust. That's the conversation I think DUSK is trying to move forward.
