#termmax @TermMax DeFi becomes much more interesting when you stop asking only:
“How much can I earn?”
and start asking:
“What exactly am I agreeing to?”
That is one reason @TermMax caught my attention.
In traditional finance, the terms of a loan are usually clear before you commit. In DeFi, rates and market conditions can change quickly, making it harder to plan around a position.
TermMax is building fixed-term lending and borrowing markets that bring more structure to this part of DeFi.
For me, the interesting point isn't that fixed terms magically remove risk. They don't.
It's that clearer terms can make decisions easier to evaluate.
You can think about:
• how long your capital is committed
• what rate you're accepting
• what risks you're taking
• and whether the position actually fits your strategy
That shift — from chasing the biggest number to understanding the full structure of a position — is important.
DeFi doesn't necessarily need more complexity.
It needs better ways to make financial decisions understandable.
That's the angle I'm watching with TermMax.
