Phong Le, chief executive officer of Strategy, said policy and industry momentum in the cryptocurrency market will build starting this fall.

In a post on X on Aug. 16, Le wrote that markets are quiet in late summer, but more movement will emerge in the fall.

He identified regulatory innovation exemptions, progress on the CLARITY Act, a US crypto market structure bill, and broader bank adoption of Bitcoin as key variables for the market ahead.

Le also said growth in Digital Credit and Digital Money will provide fresh momentum for the crypto industry. He added that macroeconomic stability, easing geopolitical tensions and the US midterm elections will also be major factors shaping the market this fall.

"We are still early," he wrote, emphasizing the crypto market's long-term growth potential.
