Privacy in regulated finance isn't about hiding everything. It's about revealing only what needs to be verified.
That distinction is what makes dusk interesting to me. With programmable privacy, compliance doesn't necessarily have to mean exposing unrelated financial data. The goal is not less transparency, but more controlled transparency.
If blockchain is going to handle real securities, that balance between privacy and verifiability may matter more than simply putting assets on-chain.
