Can Blockchain Predict a Transaction Before It Happens?

Can we know before making a transaction whether it will succeed and how much fee we will have to pay?

after reading @Dusk_Foundation Foundation’s official documents, I found that Dusk is approaching this problem differently.

Dusk uses a hybrid model that combines the UTXO model with the account based model.

On the front end, it looks more like a bank account. But in the backend, transaction details and ownership can remain private. The network can check whether your funds are valid without knowing your identity.

Transaction fees are based on the gas used and gas price, while unused gas isn’t charged.

For example, if a bank is settling a large asset transfer, having more predictability before sending it can reduce uncertainty.

The UTXO model also allows multiple transactions to happen in parallel, helping network speed.

My takeaway: privacy, security ,and speed together could make this useful for institutions.while, blockchain can predict whether a transaction will succeed before it happens .
