Everyone is watching $BTC price action tick by tick. Meanwhile the second biggest mining power on earth is shutting rigs down in its own capital city, and barely anyone noticed that headline pass by.

That is not a small local story. When mining power gets pulled in a hub that size, hash rate feels it eventually and miners do not shut down rigs when things are going well.

Price is not reacting hard right now, and that tells me the market either already knows or does not care yet. I am not changing my levels off this alone. But I am watching hash rate and miner flows closer than usual this week.
