I'm Dusk makes me look at the word “secure” a little differently.

Protecting salaries, transactions, contracts, and assets from unnecessary exposure is obviously valuable. Not every financial detail needs to be visible to everyone. But the moment something goes wrong, privacy alone doesn’t answer the harder question:

Who takes responsibility?

Code can show us what happened. Privacy can protect the information that was never meant to be public. But neither one, by itself, tells us who should answer when those decisions create real consequences.

That’s the part I find most interesting about Dusk.

The real challenge isn’t choosing between privacy and accountability. It’s finding a way to have both.

Because financial privacy matters. But when things break, someone still has to be accountable.

That balance is what I’m watching with Dusk: privacy without losing responsibility.
