وفي الآونة الأخيرة، قال رئيس الجمعية الوطنية (AN)، خورخي رودريغيز، إن الحكومة والمشرّعين اتفقوا على التركيز على مشاريع تهدف إلى إعادة بناء المنازل، وتحسين قدرة نظام الرعاية الصحية، وتوسيع فرص الحصول على الكهرباء، وإزالة الأنقاض.
كما أكد أنه، بعد استعادة الأصول، سيتم وضع «آليات للشفافية والتتبّع والرقابة على الاستخدام الكفؤ لها، لضمان رفاه جميع المتضررين».

The Bank of England has long refused to release the 31 metric tons of Venezuelan gold. Venezuela plans to use the funds to focus on rebuilding the country following the double earthquake that affected several states across the nation.
Recently, the president of the National Assembly (AN), Jorge Rodríguez, stated that the government and lawmakers had agreed to focus on projects aimed at rebuilding homes, improving the capacity of the healthcare system, expanding access to electricity, and removing debris.
He also emphasized that, once the assets are recovered, “mechanisms for transparency, traceability, and auditing will be established to ensure their efficient use and guarantee the well-being of all those affected.”
