From this seat I need permissions Confirmation that a given participant is actually allowed to transact. I need settlement to complete reliably. I need enough review capability that if something requires audit later I can actually Produce it.
What I donot need from this Seat is everyone elses full operating picture sitting in public view alongside my own. A competitor watching every permission I grant every settlement I process tells them more about my actual business than any regulation requires me to Reveal.
The incentive here isnot Secrecy for its own sake. Its operating with exactly the visibility I need without broadcasting the visibility everyone else happens to be curious About.
