#dusk $DUSK @Dusk
I’ve been thinking about Dusk from a slightly different angle.
I’ve seen the privacy narrative play out before. A project says everything should be private, the market gets excited, and then the hard questions show up later: who needs to see what, when should they see it, and how do you keep the system usable for real financial activity?
That’s where Dusk feels more interesting to me. Its focus on confidential smart contracts, selective disclosure and financial applications suggests privacy isn’t being treated as a simple “hide everything” switch.
And honestly, I’m still cautious. Good technology doesn’t automatically mean adoption. We’ve all watched strong-looking projects struggle once incentives fade and real users have to show up.
For me, the real test is whether Dusk can make controlled privacy feel normal for financial markets rather than something users have to think about.
If it can do that, the interesting part won’t be the word “privacy.” It’ll be how quietly that privacy changes what can be built.
