I’ve been around crypto long enough to hear “privacy” used as a selling point more times than I can count. Usually, the conversation ends up being about hiding everything. That’s not really what interests me about Dusk. Financial markets don’t necessarily need everything hidden; they need sensitive information protected while still keeping the right things verifiable. That distinction matters. Dusk is building around confidential smart contracts and its XSC standard, with the bigger idea of bringing assets with real-world compliance requirements onto a public blockchain without exposing every detail to everyone. I’m still cautious. I’ve seen promising infrastructure become a nice demo and nothing more. Ecosystem activity and integrations are worth watching, but actual usage is what will convince me. What I find interesting is the problem Dusk is choosing to solve: how do you make blockchain transparent enough for trust, but private enough for serious financial activity? @DuskFoundation $DUSK #dusk I don’t think anyone has completely solved that yet.
