Dusk Network caught my attention for a reason: it isn’t trying to make privacy an afterthought.
I’ve been looking into Dusk as a Layer-1 focused on financial applications, and the interesting part is how it combines privacy with programmable blockchain infrastructure. Its Confidential Security Contract (XSC) standard is designed for financial assets that may need confidentiality, while still operating through smart contracts.
What I find interesting is the problem it is targeting. Traditional financial applications often have to balance transparency, compliance, and privacy. Dusk is exploring whether blockchain infrastructure can handle those requirements without exposing everything publicly.
