Dusk Network: The Real Test
Dusk Network’s real challenge isn’t convincing people that privacy matters. Most people already understand that sensitive financial activity shouldn’t always be exposed for everyone to see.
The more interesting question is whether privacy can work alongside compliance and open settlement without making the whole system harder to use.
That’s what makes Dusk interesting to me. It’s not privacy just for the sake of hiding information. It’s about trying to build privacy around the way real financial markets actually function, where confidentiality and accountability both matter.
The architecture is promising, but that’s only part of the story. The real test will come down to adoption, security, and whether there’s enough genuine demand to keep the network useful long after the early incentives disappear.
