Analyst Tal Liani said the company's rapidly expanding, AI-optimized cloud infrastructure and global data center pipeline position it to benefit from demand for large-scale AI compute, and he pointed to management's execution and unified platform as supporting continued growth. Nebius reported second-quarter adjusted EBITDA of $236.2 million, above the $168.8 million estimate from analysts polled by FactSet, while revenue reached $582.3 million versus the Street's $569.9 million forecast. The company reiterated full-year guidance on revenue and other key financial metrics, and maintained its target for 800MW-1GW of connected power by the end of 2026. Shares fell more than 4% in premarket trading Thursday after rising 210% year to date.
