Something clicked for me while digging into@Dusk_Foundation
I stopped looking at Dusk as “just another chain” and started asking a much harder question:
Can privacy actually work for regulated finance without making everything opaque?
That’s where DuskEVM caught my attention.
The EVM side feels familiar — Solidity, familiar tooling, a path builders already understand.
But underneath that, Hedger changes the conversation.
Instead of choosing between:
privacy OR compliance
Dusk is pushing toward:
privacy + reviewability.
Sensitive financial data can stay protected, while authorized parties can still get the visibility they’re supposed to have.
And honestly, that’s the part I find more interesting than another generic “RWA is coming” narrative.
Because tokenizing assets is one thing.
Building infrastructure where regulated markets can actually operate onchain is a much bigger problem.
That’s the bet Dusk seems to be making.
I’m watching DuskEVM closely now — not because it sounds good on paper, but because the real test is whether this privacy/compliance balance works when actual financial applications start using it.
If regulated finance is moving onchain, should privacy be optional… or built into the infrastructure from day one?
